Manuscript Preparation

Authors are requested to submit their research papers/articles in the standard IJCRCST format. The manuscript must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere while being evaluated for this journal.

All manuscripts must be written in English. The file must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. PDF submissions are not accepted for the initial review process as formatting checks are required.

Paper Structure

A standard research paper should typically be organized into the following sections:

  • Title: Should be concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
  • Author Names & Affiliations: Clearly indicate the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author and present the authors' affiliation addresses.
  • Abstract: A concise and factual abstract is required (maximum 250 words). It should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results, and major conclusions.
  • Keywords: Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords.
  • Introduction: State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background.
  • Methodology / Proposed System: Provide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced by an independent researcher.
  • Results and Discussion: Results should be clear and concise.
  • Conclusion: The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section.
  • References: Use IEEE citation style. Ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list.

Plagiarism Policy

Definition of Plagiarism

Plagiarism involves using another author's language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions as one's own original work. This includes:

  • Copying text word-for-word from another source without proper quotation and attribution.
  • Paraphrasing the ideas of others without citing the original source.
  • Using images, data, or tables produced by someone else without permission and acknowledgment.
  • Self-Plagiarism: Re-using significant, identical, or nearly identical portions of your own previously published work without acknowledging that you are doing so.
Action Against Plagiarism

If plagiarism is detected during the peer review process, the manuscript will be rejected immediately. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, IJCRCST reserves the right to issue a formal retraction of the paper, remove it from the digital archives, and notify the authors' affiliated institutions.

Submission Process

To ensure a smooth peer review process, authors must submit their papers electronically via our secure online submission portal. Email submissions are generally not preferred unless you face technical difficulties with the portal.
